hello to the internal critic
The key to overcoming the critic within is to relax and be yourself. You already have everything you need. You can make a creative expression simply by picking up the pebbles at your feet and arranging them in a pleasing pattern. Just begin where you are. You don’t have to fortify yourself with materials or belongings or power or knowledge or permission. You’re complete and ready right now. Go ahead and play, make stuff, enjoy what you see in front of you, interface with the tools that your environment offers freely for your bliss.
