recent intuitive heartstorming
These are the squares I’ve made. There is no deadline, timeline, framework, pattern or scheme here. There is only a delightful inner awareness of each little part, as it relates to and turns into a whole. The Tao Te Ching says that a journey of a thousand (?) miles starts with one step. Well, the creation of this queen (?) sized quilt started and progresses by choosing and measuring each single square of fabric.

What energizes you?
Working on a task that you enjoy can be very energizing, but what if you do that enjoyable task while sitting still in front of a computer for hours and hours on end? Do you need to light both a mental and physical fire in order to feel charged?

How do you feel today?
I looked at images of people jumping and decided to experiment with my own sense of freedom and joy by doing a study of a happy person leaping in the air. I like the energy in this drawing and I love the way it has helped unblocked the flow of energy in me.
